Step 2 of 3 · Agency financials

Average bill rate ($/hr)

Used only as a backup number on days we can't calculate a live rate from your Workamajig data. It won't drive your day-to-day numbers.

Monthly break even ($)

Your monthly labor cost floor, the number you need to hit to cover payroll.

Target billable hours per day per person

Expected billable hours per day for a full-time person, not total hours worked. Typically 5 to 7 hours for most agencies.

Step 3 of 3 · Workamajig credentials

Workamajig server URL

Just the server portion of your Workamajig URL. Do not include https:// or /platinum.

Company API access token

In Workamajig: click the logo (top left), Admin/Manager, System Setup, Account Information, Connections, API. Copy the Company API Access Token.

User API token

In Workamajig: click your name (top right), scroll to the bottom, click New User Token. We strongly recommend creating a dedicated read-only Integration User and generating the token from that account.
